The video below is Ellen Degeneres talking about the vision board she created for her goal of being on the cover of O Magazine.  Ellen ended up on the cover of the December 2009 issue with Oprah.  She is only the second person in the magazine's history to have such an honor, the first is the First Lady, Mrs. Michelle Obama.
